CLARKSVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Several scenic areas and wild turkey habitats in Arkansas and the southern United States probably would not exist without the efforts of a local biologist.

In addition to Arkansas, his conservation efforts have taken him across the country to wildlife and forest areas in Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia and South Carolina, among others.
