A resolution declaring two structures in Malvern as unfit and unsafe was presented to the Malvern City Council Monday night.
The properties called â€śunsafe, unsanitary and unfit for human habitationâ€ť were 1528 East Mill Street and 1625 Harper Street.
The fate of the properties could be decided at the full Malvern City Council meeting Monday, July 8 at 7 p.m.
The meetings are held in the Malvern City Hall in the courthouse.
Itâ€™s easy to kickoff the July 4th holiday early this year at Oaklawnâ€™s Spa Blast presented by Coco Beverage Inc. Oaklawn is opening its infield today, July 3 at 5:30 p.m. for the event featuring a concert by country music icon Lee Greenwood and fireworks display.
Spa Blast will include a Kids Zone with inflatable rides, concessions, misting tent and live music earlier in the evening by up and coming local country group Downday.
Guests are encouraged to park in the North Lot for easier access to the infield. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. No coolers will be allowed.Â
