Stella Eason Williams passed away suddenly at Integris Hospice after a brief illness in Edmond, Oklahoma on February 28, 2014 at the age of 97.
Barbara S. Gibson Meshki, 57, of Hot Springs went to be with her Lord and Saviour on March 2, 2014.
Ruth K. Sanders, age 85, of Hot Springs passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014 at her home.
Waldo Gustafson, 92, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2014.

Parents often look in on their children while the kids are sleeping. Kids often look peaceful while asleep, and parents enjoy seeing them getting their needed slumber. However, some kids can struggle when it comes to getting their necessary rest.
This past weekend, I participated in my final winter meeting of the National Governors Association in Washington, D.C. These meetings allow governors to come together to share ideas and discuss issues that our states face collectively. As you might expect, other governors approached me about the ground we have broken on health care in Arkansas, both with our Payment Improvement Initiative and with the Arkansas Private Option.
Feb. 22, the Golden Horse Shoe 4-H Club hosted a clinic with the equine specialist Dr. Mark Russell from the University of Arkansas. Dr. Russell conducted the clinic on Horsemanship and Cutting. This was the first time some of the kids worked cattle with their horses. The clinic was opened to 4-Hers in Hot Spring County, as well as Clark and Jefferson counties. The clinic was from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
