COTO seeks volunteers for summer meal program that feeds kids 18 and under

College of the Ouachitas will offer meals to children in the community this summer as part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Summer Food Service Program. The program is sponsored through the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
