Phil Clem was honored â and the subject of some good-natured kidding â at the Hot Spring County Medical Foundationâs annual toast and roast. Hospital administrator Sheila Williams said the event was just a little short of a total sell-out. The event raised more than $6,200 through its silent and live auctions, she said. Williams did not have the total earned through the eventâs ticket sales at press time.
