The American Flag/Veterans Tribute (top photo) will be on display at the HSC Courthouse lawn until Tuesday, June 3. (Bottom photo) The removable/reusable display was developed by Tom Arnold, (center back) U.S. Army Master, Ret. as a fundraiser for a Malvern High School JROTC scholarship fund.
