On Friday, Oct. 31, the Leopards (6-3 overall, 4-2 in the 7-4A Conference) traveled to face the Scrappers (8-1 overall, 5-1 in the 7-4A Conference) and came up just short of having the top spot in the conference all to themselves after a 28-26 loss.

There’s just something magical about being from a small town.
When I was growing up, I really didn’t care for it much because everyone knew everyone and there were very few surprises. But once I left and lived in more populated areas, I came to realize how important the small town atmosphere is.
Nowhere is that more evident than in the realm of sports. There are six schools in this area, and all of them are known for their sports teams.
If you are out and about in this state and you mention you are from Malvern, you will inevitably have someone ask you about the Leopards.
