A resolution declaring two structures in Malvern as unfit and unsafe was presented to the Malvern City Council Monday night.
The properties called â€śunsafe, unsanitary and unfit for human habitationâ€ť were 1528 East Mill Street and 1625 Harper Street.
The fate of the properties could be decided at the full Malvern City Council meeting Monday, July 8 at 7 p.m.
The meetings are held in the Malvern City Hall in the courthouse.
