Razorback basketball is fun again

December 20, 2013

I don’t know what it is about this year’s Arkansas Razorbacks’ basketball team, but I just have a really good time watching them on the court.
Maybe I was merely needing something entertaining after that abysmal football season, or perhaps it has been so long since the basketball team has given the fans something to cheer about that anything that approaches being good becomes a joy to watch.

The coaching carousel is never ending

December 18, 2013

More and more it seems that college football gets divided up into different seasons throughout the year.
You have the recruiting season, the spring season, the offseason, the nonconference season, the conference season and the bowl season.
One aspect that people always seem to leave out is the coaching search season, which always seems to happen right before the bowls get good and going.
