Malvern Lady Leopards finished fourth in the 7-4A in the district tournament
Ouachita Warriors defeated the Magnet Cove Panthers in the Championship game of the 5-2A district baseball tournament

Malvern to host regional tournament

Malvern's Morrison Park will be the site of this week's 4A South Regional Tournament, but the Leopards will not be taking part. Malvern High School was knocked out in the quarterfinal round of the district tournament by Nashville in extra innings and had its season come to an end.

Arkansas Tech volleyball

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas Tech head volleyball coach Kristy Bayer has announced the 2015 Golden Suns volleyball schedule, featuring 18 home matches, two home tournaments, and a 16-match Great American Conference slate.

• The 5-2A district track meet scheduled at Magnet Cove on April 24 has been postponed till Wednesday, April 29.
