Arkansas Motion Picture Institute to honor Little Rock native Graham Gordy

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (June 19, 2015) – The Arkansas Motion Picture Institute (AMPI), in partnership with Mortuus Pater Pictures LLC, Southern Food Systems, and Doyne Construction, will host a celebration to honor Graham Gordy on Thursday, June 25, from 5 to 7 p.m. at South on Main in Little Rock.
Gordy is creator and executive producer of new HBO/Cinemax series

Gordy, a native of Little Rock, is the creator and executive producer of the new HBO/Cinemax series, “Quarry,” based on a series of books written by Max Allan Collins. The series stars Logan Marshall-Green as Mac “Quarry” Conway, a marine returning home to Memphis from Vietnam in 1972 who becomes a hit man deployed by The Broker, played by Peter Mullan.
