Monday there was a changing of the guard at the Malvern/Hot Spring County Chamber of Commerce. It was the final day for Gary Burroughs to serve as Executive Director of the Malvern/Hot Spring County Chamber of Commerce and at the same time, the first day for Nikki Cranford Thornton to serve in that capacity.
