Cleda Faye Phillips Gustafson

Cleda Faye Phillips Gustafson, age 74, of Malvern passed away March 4, 2013

in Hot Springs.  She was born April 14, 1938 to the late Bea Wyle and Enola Lee Brown Phillips.  She was a member of South Main Missionary Baptist Church, a homemaker and worked as a nurses aid at a nursing home. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Noel C. Gustafson and her brother, Carlton Phillips.
 Survivors include her husband, Derry Gustafson, to whom she married on February 26, 1952; son, Paul J. Gustafson of Malvern; daughter, Robin A. Patrick of Grand Bay, Alabama; brothers, Royce Phillips of Benton and Bobby Phillips of Glendale; sisters, Dorothy Logue of Glendale, Margie Lamb of Belvedere IL, and Patricia Gains of Rockford IL and six grandchildren, Shawn Michael Gustafson, Nicole Marie Gustafson, Elizabeth Grace Carlson, Heidi Danielle Patrick, Haley Ann Patrick, and Robert Michael Patrick.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 7th from 6:00-8:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be Friday, March 8th at 10:30am at South Main Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Gene Fulcher officiating.  Interment will be at Leek-Drake Cemetery in Star City. Pallbearers will be Dave Lungberg, Mark Benford, Ken Sams, Rodney Pulley, Gene Clements and RonnieVerser.
