Illegal dumping a problem in HSC

With the closure of the Hot Spring County Solid Waste Authority transfer stations recently during some holiday weekends, it seems illegal dumping on county roads and around the transfer stations has evidently been on the incline.

Some residents of the Glen Rose area have called in to the Malvern Daily Record reporting seeing items, even couches and other large pieces of furniture, that had been disposed of around the Gifford transfer station.
