Linda Ann Medal

Linda Ann Medal, age 65, of Malvern passed away Friday, February 8,2013.

She was born September 19, 1947 in Memphis TN, the daughter of Farris and Mary Louise Shook. Linda had worked for over 30 years in sales and marketing for various Industrial Bag Companies. Linda enjoyed crocheting and gifting her creations to family, friends, and nursing homes. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: William Medal and her brother James Shook.
Left to cherish her memory are her son: James Owens of Malvern, daughter Lisa Campbell of Meridian MS, and her grandchildren Ryan Slayton, James Owens II, Josephine Owens, Marly Archie, and Aurian Campbell as well as countless treasured friends.
There is no scheduled visitation or memorial service. The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or American Lung Association.
