Mobile home struck by vehicle

March 27, 2014

The sound of squealing tires was heard just before a loud boom, the house shook and everything fell, according to a resident of a mobile home on Wine Dot Road.

The home was struck by a 1953 Chevy going south being driven by Emmett Dixson on Friday evening, according to a Hot Spring County Sheriff's Office report.
The report states that when going outside to see what had happened, the resident realized that the home had been struck by a vehicle. Upon investigation the resident told the driver she was calling the police.
