Muriel Hicks

Muriel Hicks, age 83, of Malvern passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013.

He was born July 8, 1929 to the late Benjamin and Maggie Humphrey Hicks. Muriel was of the Church of Christ faith and had been a metal worker at Featherlite for many years. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by step-brothers; Don, Bob, and Jerry Perry; and siblings, Alice Sloan, Ruby Wedsted, Earl Hicks, Clara May Shelby, Thomas B. Hicks Jr., and James Hicks.
Survivors, wife, Margaret Hicks of Malvern, whom he married on March 18, 1966; children, Jerry Hicks (Debbie) of Huntsville TX, Patrick Hicks of Malvern and Larry Hicks (Nelda) of Malvern, Lisa Milks (Ronnie) of Benton and Angela Hilborn (Chris) of Malvern; grandchildren, Gerald, Alex, Ethan, J.T., Little Larry, Amanda, Hannah, Laura, Bryan, Parker, Cody, Tyler and Hunter; and stepsisters, Margaret Marion, Carolyn Mixon, and Hessie Hughes.
Visitation will be Monday, February11, from 6-8pm Regency Funeral Home in Malvern.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, February 12, at 2:00pm in the Regency Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Chandler officiating. Burial will be at Fairplay Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tyler Hilborn, Cody Hilborn, Larry Hicks, Jr., Timmy Goyne, Charlie Goyne, and Mike Farber.
