The World War I Centennial Commemoration Committee, partnered with the Arkansas Forestry Commission, is sponsoring a WWI memorial tree to be planted at the Hot Spring County Courthouse on Monday, Nov. 6.Southgate was a big haul for trick-or-treaters, and residents no doubt got a lot of scares from the spooky costumes and characters on the streets. But, they evened out the scares with fun, some residents having elaborate decorations or fun and games in their driveways.
