Mark Randall Hightower, age 50, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008, in a local hospital. He was a carpenter.
The body will be cremated at a later date with burial under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren, Ark. He is survived by one daughter, Heather Lyse of Phoenix, Ariz.; mother, Ellen Hightower of Van Buren; brother, David Hightower of Phoenix, Ariz., and one grandchild, Alexander Marcus Hightower of Phoenix, Ariz.
