Ault Family Reunites for 69th Year |

The Ault Family Reunion, which is held every year, started around 1940 right here in Malvern at the Centennial Park. In 1977 the family begin having the reunion at Stephens Park Pavilion on Lake Ouachita in Mt. Pine, AR because most of the family had moved to that area.
The reunion has been held there every year since that time and on May 2, 2009, the Ault family gathered again to make this the 69th family reunion. There were 98 in attendance with some of the original families still joining in the celebration. The oldest in attendance this year was Zeulen Ault, son of Efridge and Pearl (Merriott) Ault. Efridge is the son of William Cisero Ault; Pearl is the daughter of Jacob Merriott. Standing beside Zeulen is Rachel (Rigsby, Ault) Benson, who is the daughter of Frinia and Georgia Rigsby. Rachel is the widow of Jacob Eli Ault. The youngest in attendance was Warren Smith with Grandmother Peggy (Ault) Smith who is the daughter of Zeulen and Norma Jean (Nichols) Ault.
