Malvern woman hits lottery |

Malvern’s Ruby McClellan became the state’s second biggest winner in Arkansas Lottery history over the weekend,
according to Arkansas Lottery spokesperson Julie Baldridge, when McClellan won $50,000 on a $3 Holiday Cash card bought at the Park Avenue Shell Station in Hot Springs.
According to lottery officials the $50,000 ranks only behind two $100,000 tickets cashed earlier this month.
