The filing period for county and township office candidates will be March 1 through March 8, 2010.
Candidates can begin filing at noon on March 1 and ends at noon on March 8. For additional information contact Jim Houpt at 332-4885, Nelson Bailey at 337-3888 or Mary Collins at 332-5531 for filling as a Republican candidate for local offices.
The Preferential Primary and Non-Partisan Judicial Election is May 18.
Candidates must furnish written evidence of payment of all party filing fees and of the filing of all part pledges to the County Clerk before 12 p.m. on Monday March 8.
On Monday, March 1, a member of the Republican County Committee will be present at the Hot Spring County Courthouse Mezzanine to accept filing fees and they will have the filing forms. Thereafter, the hours will be posted or you may contact Jim Houpt at 332-4885, Nelson Bailey at 337-3888 or Mary Collins at 332-5531.
Filing forms must be delivered to the Hot Spring County Clerk by 12 p.m. on March 8, 2010.
