Man on the run seen in Bonnerdale
Friday, 05 October 2007

By Meag Hunt

The Hot Spring County Sheriff’s Department has had reports of sightings of Gerry Harvey, who is still currently on the run.

He was recently convicted of criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetmines in a jury trial presided over by Judge Chris Williams Sept. 27.

Between the conviction and the sentencing, Harvey was allowed to take a break. Harvey could not be found when the jury returned to the courtroom.

Currently, Harvey can not be sentenced officially until he is present in the court room.

The Sheriff’s Department has been avidly searching for Harvey, even returning to where a bus he was alleged to have been living in was located.

The bus had been moved before law enforcement arrived.

There were reports Wednesday night of Harvey being seen in the Bonnerdale area.

The Sheriff’s Department is requesting that if anyone knows any information leading to his arrest, to please come forward quickly.
