Phil Clem was honored – and the subject of some good-natured kidding – at the Hot Spring County Medical Foundation’s annual toast and roast. Hospital administrator Sheila Williams said the event was just a little short of a total sell-out. The event raised more than $6,200 through its silent and live auctions, she said. Williams did not have the total earned through the event’s ticket sales at press time.
Funds are used to buy equipment for the hospital and to renovate a patient room in honor of the toast’s honoree, Williams said.
